World-Class Hounds service fees/deposits on international shipments are non-refundable

Refunds for cancellations will result in a credit for future use with World-Class Hounds. No cash refunds will be given

Domestic Cancellation Penalties - $50 standard cancellation charge, 50% if cancelled within 2 weeks of travel, 100% if service is missed.

All services are on a payment/cash upfront basis and payment terms are strictly within 24 hours. Invoices must be paid in full before shipping. Amendments to domestic flights will incur a $25 charge per amendment.
