• Your dedicated Pet Travel Consultant will assist you through your entire export

• A new IATA Approved Pet Travel Crate that we can arrange to be delivered to your home to help your pet acclimate prior to travel if desired

• A full timeline and advice for Veterinary treatments and test required for your country of export

• Arrangement of your Australian and International Permits, Government Health Certificates and Final Veterinary treatments

• Boarding and lodgment of your pet on their international flight

• The option for private Pet Taxi service for collection and drop off as well as domestic transfers within Japan

Requirements for Japan:

Dog Requirements

• Microchip Implanted

• Internal and External Parasite Treatment done within two days of departure

• Australian Government Export paperwork, final Veterinary inspection, crate seal and Japan health certificate​

  • Optional - C5 Vaccination given minimum 14 days prior to departure​

Cat Requirements

• Microchip Implanted

• Internal and External Parasite Treatment done within two days of departure

• Australian Government Export paperwork, final Veterinary inspection, crate seal and Japan health certificate​

  • Optional - F3 Vaccination given minimum 14 days prior to departure

Additional Requirements

• Japan requires Advanced Notification of intention to import. This must be done and approved a minimum of 40 days prior to your export date from Australia.

• In order to export from Australia with no Quarantine restrictions in Japan your pet must:

  • Have been born and continually resided in Australia​

  • Has continuously resided in Australia for minimum 180 days prior to export

  • Has continuously resided in Australia since direct import from Japan

• All original Vaccination/blood results must travel with your pet to Japan from Australia
